Goldilocks and the Three Bears
Many years ago, deep in the forest there was a house that belongs to a family of three bears: Papa Bear, Mama Bear, and Baby Bear.
One morning, the bears found that their porridge was too hot to eat, so they went to take a walk around the forest while it cooled.
That day, at the same time, a girl named Goldilocks had gone out to pick flowers, and she soon found the home of the three bears. She couldn’t help but to go in, both from curiosity and the delicious aroma of food coming from inside.
When she saw the three bowls of porridge, she first tasted the largest bowl and it was too hot. Next she tried the medium bowl and it was too cold. Last, she tasted the smallest bowl and the temperature was just right, and Goldilocks couldn’t resist eating it all.
She kept investigating the house and, in the next room, found three chairs, which she obviously decided to try out. The biggest chair belonged to Papa Bear and was uncomfortable for her. Mama Bear’s chair wasn’t comfortable either, but when she sat in Baby Bear’s chair it was just right. Unfortunately, the chair couldn’t hold her and it broke.
Now very tired, Goldilocks went to the last room and couldn’t resist stopping to rest for a moment. The only bed she found comfortable was the once again the smallest of the three.
As Goldilocks slept, time passed quickly and the bears returned home, finding a big surprise waiting for them.
“Who ate all my porridge?” asked Baby Bear.
The bears continued looking throughout the house, and they found Baby Bear’s chair broken on the floor.
They were very angry, and even more angry when they found the one responsible for the damage asleep in their house.
Goldilocks woke up suddenly from fright and ran away, never to return again.
